The engineer who first hired me in the storage industry successfully answered many technical questions with that reference. Having seen the effectiveness of this principle, it is incorporated into the business philosophy of Datawise Storage.

After a decade in the storage industry, I founded Datawise Storage in January 2006. These past years have been reasonably successful financially but the real success has been in cultivating relationships with our customers--communicating with past customers, establishing new customers, and building those relationships.
